Note: In this section, “you” and “your” refer to any EXTOL customer employee or authorized representative who creates, reschedules, or cancels an EXTOL class registration.

If you must cancel or reschedule your registration for a scheduled class, it is important to notify your EXTOL Customer Account Manager as early as possible.

Cancelling a Registration 
To receive a full refund, you must cancel your registration 3 or more weeks prior to the start date for the registered class. Cancellations made 1 to 3 weeks before the start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel your registration less than 1 week prior to the start date, you are liable for the full training fee, as if you had attended the class.

Rescheduling a Registration 
You may reschedule a given class registration one time, without penalty, by notifying EXTOL one or more weeks prior to the start date for the class. If you reschedule the same class registration more than once, or reschedule less than 1 week before the class begins, you will be charged a 50% rescheduling fee.

Substituting Registrants 
You may send a substitute attendee from your company if the original registrant cannot attend the class. All substitutes must meet the course prerequisites.

No-shows 
If you register for a class and fail either to appear or to send a substitute, you are liable for the full training fee, as if you had attended the class.

Class Cancellations 
EXTOL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class (for example, due to low attendance or instructor illness) and is not responsible for travel/living expenses you might incur due to the cancellation. We recommend purchasing refundable airline tickets. If a class is cancelled or rescheduled, EXTOL will contact registrants via email at least one week prior to the originally scheduled start date.
