Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your registered attendance at a scheduled seminar, please notify your EXTOL Customer Account Manager in writing as soon as possible. To receive a full refund, you must notify EXTOL of the cancellation 15 or more days prior to the start of your scheduled seminar. Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the seminar will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the seminar.
