Onsite Training Information

The EXTOL EDI Integrator for i Fundamentals and the EXTOL Business Integrator Fundamentals courses can be taught at your location for multiple users. Training will consist of the standard content covered in the training manual. Customized training is available for an additional fee.

Onsite Training Policy:

  • Standard training will consist of the content covered in the EXTOL product training manual. A standard training engagement does not include customized content to address specific customer projects, trading partners, mappings, communications, or other work products.
  • Customized training is available for an additional fee.
  • Up to six (6) customer employees can be trained at once. All trainees must be employed by the customer organization with which EXTOL has contracted to deliver training services, unless otherwise agreed in writing by EXTOL.
  • Training will be performed on customer premises, unless otherwise agreed in writing by EXTOL.
  • Customer will be responsible for providing system access for all training participants, as needed to support class lectures and exercises.
  • Prior to the training, class attendees must complete the respective tutorial.
  • EXTOL will provide six training manuals to the customer.
  • Customer will supply video projector, white board, markers, paper and other training materials.
  • Customer will be responsible for payment of EXTOL-incurred travel expenses including, but not limited, to airfare, rental car, hotel/lodging, meals, parking/tolls, etc. (lodging will include the night before training and possibly the night after conclusion)
