Cancellation/Substitution Policy
Registrations are transferable within the customer's organization and must be made in writing. All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a 25% administrative fee in addition to any penalties. Cancellations received by April 1, 2012 will incur no penalty (administrative fee only). Cancellations received between April 2 and April 15, 2012 will incur a 25% penalty. Cancellations received between April 16 and April 30, 2012 will incur a 50% penalty. No cancellations will be accepted after May 1, 2012. EXTOL International, Inc. will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays in programming due to acts of God, war, government disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the meeting.
