Exchanging Information. We are not just talking about exchanging business information electronically. We're also referring to productive communication among our customers, partners, technology teams, business managers, executives and other members of the EXTOL community.
A tremendous amount of information was exchanged at the 2006 EXTOL Users Conference in New Orleans this November. The 3-day event was packed with classroom training, technology workshops, customer presentations and a variety of networking activities. Customers had the opportunity to "pick the brains" of staffers from multiple departments, both informally and during pre-scheduled Workshop Sessions and One-on-One Meetings.
The conference training curriculum of thirty-three classroom sessions was divided into solution tracks, with each session focused on specific features and capabilities of the EXTOL products. In addition, there were general sessions featuring customer presentations from Burris Logistics, A.D. Sutton and Banta Corporation, each offering a unique view of how the different EXTOL products contributed to their organization's success. These real-life examples are always well-received, and spark conversation between users on how they, too, can overcome obstacles.
We've already started planning the 2007 EXTOL Users Conference, which will take place next November at Disney's BoardWalk Inn and Resort in Orlando, FL.
Simply put, businesses exchange information in order to increase profits and spur growth. EXTOL products enable business collaboration. Our mission is to increase the awareness of challenges related to information exchange that are inhibiting profitability and growth. To that end, included in this issue of EXTOLATIONS is information on our educational Webcasts, Conferences & Events, Training and Customer Education Webinars.
You will also find an e-business case study on EXTOL customer, Krispy Kreme, as well as an article on "The 7 Sins of E-Business Integration." We've included an overview of the EXTOL Business Integrator®, a platform independent, 100% JAVA software solution that enables existing IT teams to respond rapidly to market opportunities and customer demands, and eliminate the barriers that prevent applications, databases, partner interfaces and other IT systems to work together. Now THAT's exchanging information! |
