Become a Referral Partner
EXTOL International is always looking for opportunities to reach new customers through its Referral Partner Program. As a member, your organization will receive a referral fee for referring qualified prospects that would benefit from EXTOL's comprehensive B2B products, solutions and services. The referral fee is graduated, and is based on the level of investment in the sales cycle the referring partner is willing to commit to. The referral fee is earned for all qualified leads that result in EXTOL product or service sales. Best of all, there is absolutely no cost to participate.
How the Program Works
Partners joining EXTOL's referral program are asked to have a designated point of contact with EXTOL, to make reasonable efforts to endorse and promote EXTOL products and solutions, and to refer potential customers to EXTOL.
- The program requires that all participating partners complete the Business Partner Application Form. Click here to access the form. The application will be reviewed by EXTOL and, if approved, EXTOL will provide the referral partner program agreement for mutual execution.
- The EXTOL referral partner program requires that participating partners:
- Provide well qualified opportunities that have a need for EXTOL's solution and have budgeted for purchasing such a solution.
- Complete an Opportunity Registration Form. The form will identify the client and products and services to be delivered. It will also ensure that EXTOL will not engage other partners without the consent of the referral partner on record.

The EXTOL referral partner program offers a graduated compensation structure. The following table provides an overview of the compensation plan. (see exhibit A of the agreement for details)

Partner Led Effort Partner has the primary responsibility for leading the marketing, sales and other activities that help generate the sale of an EXTOL solution. Partner typically leads the client solution sales effort and may maintain the primary relationship (for the relevant opportunity) with client management. EXTOL may assist with specific tasks, including preparing a response to its portion of the proposal. |

Collaborative Effort Partner is supporting activities that may assist and/or affect the sale of an EXTOL solution. The parties will share in the efforts to market the joint solution while leveraging each other's capabilities to appropriately represent EXTOL’s respective products and complementary services. |

Partner Marketing Assistance Effort Partner provides EXTOL with marketing assistance and a well qualified opportunity, including but not limited to a referral, but Partner’s involvement does not qualify as a Collaborative or as a Partner Led Effort. Partner generally would provide such marketing assistance based on its knowledge of the client and EXTOL’s Products and Services. |
