Solution Provider Program
Solution Partners develop, market, and productize industry specific applications with their own domain experience or market segment expertise. In return, EXTOL provides Solution Partners with a robust technology platform, development assistance and an exceptional revenue opportunity as it enables them to expand market reach, improve time-to-market, and deliver best-in-class electronic commerce.
Solution Partners resell EXTOL products and solutions and provide implementation services and support to the end customer in exchange for product and services discounts based on agreed upon revenue goals. The value added solutions and services extend, enhance and complement EXTOL's products and solutions allowing EXTOL to address new markets.
Referral Program
Referral Partners work with our direct sales force or an EXTOL Authorized Reseller on sales opportunities they bring to EXTOL. Without making the full commitment to becoming an EXTOL Authorized Reseller, Referral Partners can benefit by working with EXTOL to offer your valued customers a comprehensive, proven and flexible suite of products.
The Referral Partner Program offers you a “referral fee” for bringing those opportunities to EXTOL. Referral Partners assist with lead referral introductions and relationship development while EXTOL provides the expertise in our products and technology. EXTOL will compensate Referral Partners for leads or referrals that result in a software license sale between EXTOL and the customer identified in your referral. This is a partnership that benefits everyone.
Authorized Consultants Program
EXTOL’s Authorized Consultants Programs is specifically designed for small to mid-size consulting companies who provide domain knowledge, specialized consulting and implementation of ERP, SCM, Logistics, B2B and other enterprise applications, as well as advise customers on electronic commerce and integration software technology purchases. As part of the program, EXTOL ensures that such consulting companies have access to its software, are properly trained and remain involved during the sales cycle as influencers and facilitators.
Authorized Consultants offer implementation and professional consulting services and work directly with EXTOL sales, Solution Providers and customers. Authorized Consultants provide expertise in EXTOL product functionality and technology, contributing to higher levels of customer satisfaction. Authorized Consultants are eligible to participate in our Referral Partner programs. The EXTOL Business Partner program provides our Authorized Consultants the tools, resources and training necessary to be successful with EXTOL solutions.
System Integrator Program
Global System Integration Partners combine their methodologies, development skills and specialized vertical expertise to deliver EXTOL based services and solutions to its customers. EXTOL works closely with Systems Integrators to meet the unique needs of various industries and, together, built customized solutions that require electronic commerce and data mapping/integration for large enterprises. In addition, Global System Integrators receive product and solution architecture training, implementation and integration assistance for EXTOL products and solutions, including eCommerce business process optimization.
