EXTOL Upgrades Business Integration Software to Advance Web Services, Usability and Performance Print E-mail

Pottsville, Pennsylvania (July 21, 2009) — EXTOL International Inc., released version 2.4 of its EXTOL Business Integrator (EBI) software, which includes category-leading features and customer-requested enhancements, such as a graphical Project Builder, REST Consumer and Provider wizards, and improved memory and system performance. EXTOL also upgraded the EXTOL EDI Integrator, an optional EBI subsystem for EDI document translation, integration and trading partner management.

  • Project Builder feature, designed to assist rapid creation and maintenance of integration projects

  • Web Services features, including a REST implementation, SSL support, and multiple attachment support

  • Significantly improved EDI validation and processing performance

  • “Simple Date Purge” option for rapid purging of log system data in high volume systems

  • Late Acknowledgements Report for EDI (available with the EDI option)
