 Anthony Baran Chairman and CEO | Anthony (Tony) Baran is a co-founder of EXTOL International, Inc. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of EXTOL since it was established in 1989. Prior to forming EXTOL, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Model Garment Company, a 600 employee private label sportswear manufacturer. Mr. Baran frequently speaks on business technology issues and Electronic Commerce related topics for organizations such as COMMON (the IBM midrange user group) and other business groups. He is a director of the Empire Education Group, and a licensed communications engineer. Active in civic and business affairs, he is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Schuylkill Technology Incubator, and a member of the board of directors of Schuylkill Health System, a former Director and Officer of the American Apparel Manufacturers Association, the AAMA Technical Advisory and Apparel Research Committees, the Schuylkill Economic Development Corporation and a member of the Schuylkill County Airport Authority. Mr. Baran is a 1972 graduate of Lehigh University. |
 Joseph Baran Vice Chairman and CTO | Joseph (Joe) Baran is a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of EXTOL. He is the principal designer of EXTOL's software products, and has developed the Company's technology and Support Center in PA. Prior to EXTOL, he worked for General Electric Space Division where he was responsible for both hardware and software design for the LandSat communications satellites. He has also held a number of technical and consulting positions in the manufacturing and engineering industries. Mr. Baran received a B.A. in Architecture and Urban Planning from Princeton University in 1973, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University in 1977, and an M.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. |
 Dennis Bonagura Director | Dennis J. Bonagura is the founder and President of DB Global Services. Prior to forming DB Global Services he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of EXTOL International, growing the company from 25 to over 800 customers. Before joining EXTOL as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, he served as National Sales Director for TSI International (Mercator), where he pioneered the company's electronic commerce enterprise sales organization. He held a variety of technical, marketing and sales capacities in the software and services industry, including Product Manager at Program Products and Regional Sales Manager for Dun and Bradstreet's Computing, Services and Software Division. Mr. Bonagura received a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
