 Anthony Baran President & CEO | Anthony (Tony) Baran is a co-founder of EXTOL International, Inc. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of EXTOL since it was established in 1989. Prior to forming EXTOL, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Model Garment Company, a 600 employee private label sportswear manufacturer. Mr. Baran frequently speaks on business technology issues and Electronic Commerce related topics for organizations such as COMMON (the IBM midrange user group) and other business groups. He is a director of the Empire Education Group, and a licensed communications engineer. Active in civic and business affairs, he is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Schuylkill Technology Incubator, and a member of the board of directors of Schuylkill Health System, a former Director and Officer of the American Apparel Manufacturers Association, the AAMA Technical Advisory and Apparel Research Committees, the Schuylkill Economic Development Corporation and a member of the Schuylkill County Airport Authority. Mr. Baran is a 1972 graduate of Lehigh University. |
 Joseph Baran Chief Technology Officer | Joseph (Joe) Baran is a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of EXTOL. He is the principal designer of EXTOL's software products, and has developed the Company's technology and Support Center in PA. Prior to EXTOL, he worked for General Electric Space Division where he was responsible for both hardware and software design for the LandSat communications satellites. He has also held a number of technical and consulting positions in the manufacturing and engineering industries. Mr. Baran received a B.A. in Architecture and Urban Planning from Princeton University in 1973, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University in 1977, and an M.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. |
 Jack Byrne Chief Financial Officer | Jack Byrne joined EXTOL in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining EXTOL, he served in a succession of senior finance positions with the Sara Lee Corporation from 1981 through 2004, including ten years of international experience and a three year assignment as Chief Financial Officer as well as Global Business Practices Officer of a $100 million division. He received a BS in Accounting from Bentley College in 1979 and an MBA from the University of Connecticut in 1983. |
 Gregory W. Inns Vice President, Software Development | Gregory W. Inns joined EXTOL in 2001 as a Systems Analyst. For several years, he played a critical role in the design and development of EXTOL’s Business Integration platform, resulting in his promotion to Director of Java Development in January, 2007. Prior to joining EXTOL, Mr. Inns served in several technical consulting roles involving large scale, complex application development and integration projects across a wide variety of industries. Mr. Inns holds a B.S. in Computers and Information Systems from Bloomsburg University. |
 S. Troy Lunt Vice President, Customer Services | Troy Lunt joined EXTOL in 1995 as Sr. Systems Engineer and immediately assumed the role of product trainer and implementation specialist. Mr. Lunt served a succession of positions with EXTOL prior to his promotion to Vice President of Services & Support in 2000. Lunt has managed the EXTOL Professional Services department through many years of considerable revenue growth. He has been an active participant in the electronic commerce software industry since 1989 and prior to EXTOL, managed an EDI consulting practice and also held a variety of technical and support positions for Premenos Corporation and Quadron Software. Mr. Lunt has given of his time as a speaker and educator for many conferences and training programs. Lunt received a B.I.S. in Political Science, Military Science and Sociology from Weber State University and served for a time as a Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army & National Guard. |
 James F. O'Leary Vice President, Product Management | James (Jim) O'Leary joined EXTOL in 2002 with over 20 years of senior and executive management experience in the software industry. Prior to joining EXTOL, Mr. O'Leary launched the B2B Product Marketing program at Mercator Software, where he held worldwide responsibility for planning, positioning, and delivery of B2B integration offerings. At Unidata / Ardent Software, O'Leary was responsible for worldwide Product Marketing and Strategic Marketing, where he led the integration of acquired product lines and Product Marketing organizations. Early in his career, O'Leary served in a succession of senior Product Management and Product Strategy positions at Software AG, during a period when the company enjoyed historic revenue growth and market success. Mr. O'Leary earned a BS from the University of Kansas in 1975. |
 Daniel Sapir Vice President, Business Development | Daniel Sapir joined EXTOL in 2010 having over 20 years of executive management experience in the software and hardware industry. Prior to joining EXTOL, Daniel was managing director of iCentric Solution, a consulting group specializing in the energy sector. As a Vice President of channel and alliance strategy for Aspen technology, Daniel held worldwide responsibility for planning, recruiting and delivering its engineering and SCM offerings. At both EMC, where he started and managed a $120M software business unit, and IBM's Informix and Ascential divisions, he was responsible for their business development operation and worldwide partner management. Early in his career, while still attending school, Sapir served as director of product marketing for McDonnell Douglas Information Systems, selling and marketing enterprise applications on IBM mainframes through a select group of ISVs. Daniel earned his BA from the University of La Verne and his MBA from Chapman University, both located in California.
