Professional Services are available to our clients to augment their internal resources in planning, deploying or managing EXTOL's business integration technology.

Every member of the Professional Services group has been certified in all aspects of e-commerce. They are prepared to assist in all types of traditional EDI initiatives (X12, EDIFACT, industry specific or proprietary standards), HIPAA transactions for the healthcare industry, AS2 deployment, application integration and more.

They have also received certification by UCCnet as Implementation Consultants. They have undergone intensive training and practical experience to deliver to our clients UCCnet services education, process design, finding, retrieving and cleaning data, and Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) assignment.

Customer Project Workshops have been introduced to enable clients to focus their time, and EXTOL resources and expertise, on a specific project, challenge or opportunity. This allows an EXTOL user the advantages of an on-site professional services engagement at a fraction of the cost.
