Location:
We have openings in our northern New Jersey and northeastern Pennsylvania offices.
Responsibilities:
Working with customers over the phone and at their off-site locations to answer questions, train new users, identify and resolve technical problems, and provide implementation assistance. Working with Technical Support Representatives in analyzing and resolving escalated technical issues, RPG and CL programming, interface development, debugging, implementation planning, and quality assurance testing.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in AS/400, NT, and/or UNIX operating systems, and have a programming background in any one of the following languages: RPG, Synon, C, C++, or Java. EDI knowledge and experience with EXTOL, Harbinger (Premenos), or GENTRAN a plus. Excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
