Anthony Baran
Chairman & CEO
Anthony (Tony) Baran is a co-founder of EXTOL, and serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to EXTOL he had nearly a decade of experience as a technology consultant to the manufacturing industry. He has also served as President of a apparel manufacturing company for more than 10 years. Mr. Baran is a frequent presenter at conferences on Electronic Commerce for organizations such as COMMON (the IBM midrange user group), DISA (the Data Interchange Standards Association) and EDI-2000. Mr. Baran is a graduate of Lehigh University.

Joseph Baran
Chief Technology Officer
Joseph (Joe) Baran is a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of EXTOL. He is the principal designer of EXTOL's software products, and has developed the Company's technology and Support Center in PA. Prior to EXTOL, he worked for General Electric Space Division where he was responsible for both hardware and software design for the LandSat communications satellites. He has also held a number of technical and consulting positions in the manufacturing and engineering industries. Mr. Baran received a B.A. in Architecture and Urban Planning from Princeton University in 1973, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University in 1977, and an M.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dennis J. Bonagura
President & Chief Operating Officer
Dennis J. Bonagura is President and Chief Operating Officer of EXTOL. Prior to joining the Company in 1995 and assuming the responsibilities as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, he served in a variety of technical, marketing and sales capacities in the information industry, including Product Manager at Program Products, District Sales Manager for Dun and Bradstreet's Computing and Software Division and was National Sales Director for TSI International (now Mercator), where he pioneered the company's electronic commerce enterprise sales organization. Mr. Bonagura received a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from Ramapo (N.J.) College.

Jack Byrne
Chief Financial Officer
Jack Byrne joined EXTOL in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining EXTOL, he served in a succession of senior finance positions with the Sara Lee Corporation from 1981 through 2004, including ten years of international experience and a three year assignment as Chief Financial Officer as well as Global Business Practices Officer of a $100 million division. He received a BS in Accounting from Bentley College in 1979 and an MBA from the University of Connecticut in 1983.

Charles A. Scasserra
Vice President, Sales
Charles A. Scasserra has served as Vice President of Sales since January 1999 and has been with the Company since July 1998. Prior to joining EXTOL, he served as Regional Vice President for Interboro Systems, a leading provider of solutions and tools to measure and improve labor productivity. In that role, Mr. Scasserra grew sales and service revenue from $1.5 million to over $11 million in three years. Mr. Scasserra also served in various sales and account management positions in the commercial services division of ADP. Mr. Scasserra received a B.S. in Economics and Marketing from Rider University.

Stephen E. Rosen
Vice President, Marketing
Since joining the Company in 2000 he has helped guide the company's development from an EDI software vendor focused exclusively on the iSeries market, to become a leader in business integration software for the mid-sized enterprise. Prior to joining EXTOL in 2000, Mr. Rosen had responsibility for deployment of the SAP and Healthcare industry initiatives at Mercator Software. In his tenure with Mercator and its predecessor, TSI, he had responsibilities for a variety of supply chain programs including an ocean freight carrier initiative, and a cooperative healthcare supply and replenishment program for healthcare providers and their supplier partners. He has also held a number of marketing positions with the company supporting software products such as desktop EDI software, EDP audit and reporting applications, ISAR (information storage and retrieval) software, and other system software products. Mr. Rosen served in the US Navy as a Launch Operation Supervisor on a Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Submarine and holds a degree in History and Economics from the University of Connecticut.

James F. O'Leary
Vice President, Product Management
James (Jim) O'Leary joined EXTOL in 2002 with over 20 years of senior and executive management experience in the software industry. Prior to joining EXTOL, Mr. O'Leary launched the B2B Product Marketing program at Mercator Software, where he held worldwide responsibility for planning, positioning, and delivery of B2B integration offerings. At Unidata / Ardent Software, O'Leary was responsible for worldwide Product Marketing and Strategic Marketing, where he led the integration of acquired product lines and Product Marketing organizations. Early in his career, O'Leary served in a succession of senior Product Management and Product Strategy positions at Software AG, during a period when the company enjoyed historic revenue growth and market success. Mr. O'Leary earned a BS from the University of Kansas in 1975.

Troy Lunt
Vice President, Services
S. Troy Lunt is Vice President of Services and responsible for positive customer relationships through professional services, education and training. He joined EXTOL in 1995 as Sr. Systems Engineer, assuming increasing responsibilities for customer support prior to his appointment as Vice President in 2000. Prior to EXTOL, he served in a variety of technical support positions for Premenos Corporation including support for customers in Europe. Mr. Lunt is a frequent speaker at many spotlighted electronic commerce conferences and education programs. Mr. Lunt earned a B.I.S. in Political Science and Sociology from Weber State University (Ogden, Utah) and served as a Military Intelligence Officer with the U.S. Army.

Barry D. Sponsler
Vice President, Software Development
Barry D. Sponsler joined EXTOL in 2001 with a wide-ranging background in software application development.  During his 20+ year career, he has held various senior level technical and executive positions across a broad spectrum of industries.  Mr. Sponsler served as MIS Director at Pencor Services, a regional media/communications firm that was a pioneer in bringing the Internet to eastern and central Pennsylvania.  He also has many years of technical consulting experience, most notably as a principal of Advent Information Management, a consulting firm recognized as Certified Services Provider for Computer Associates.  Mr. Sponsler holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from College Misericordia.
