As part of a study we are conducting, we are researching different types of EDI translators that are available. We are reviewing the EXTOL EDI Integrator software product and have a few questions.
Does your product create a 997 document from a received transaction (such as an 811 Consolidated Invoice)?
If so, to what depth? (Group level, or Transaction level?)
Does your product handle receipt of a single transaction type from multiple trading partners in one pass?
Does your product do ANSI X12, and HIPAA transaction types?
Will EXTOL EDI Integrator do the NCPDP format?
What type of business is your translator intended for? (manufacturing?) Can it or has it been used for Insurance?
For Managed services, how many other insurance companies are using your service?
Within Managed Services, are you doing NCPDP formats?
Some of our trading partners are running every half hour, would this be a problem for either Managed Services or the EDI Engine product?
